Fridays are Fishtastic!
Just got back from Kroger's with some rib eyes- $13.50 a pound. I haven't had a rib eye in six months. At least they are Angus (does that matter, or is it a marketing scheme?). To this I am adding baked potato, with squash, zucchini, and sweet peppers. I will probably sautée these in olive oil. Simple but tasty. I picked up some skirt for tomorrow- fajita time.
 
Pictures from last nights meal, too bad the better half wasn't feeling well. The risotto came out amazing!

The pictures don't do the steaks justice, they were very good, almost silky in texture!
