Yes, it's the new version of the Monster, with hacking/handwinding movement. I removed the plastic shroud and replaced it with the new custom tuna-style shrouds Harold just started selling. Rumor is he is also coming up with a bezel replacement that will also be more "tuna-like".

Very nice watch. It almost pains me to say this but I have a very similar fake version of this watch. I should post a few photos here for folks to see the quality difference.
