I'm trying to post an announcement to our Vendor Forum, but all of the formatting and image/video attachment options are grayed out. FWIW, there are here too. I've never encountered this before.

Third icon from right, looks like a pair of facing brackets. It shouldn't be greyed out. Press that. That will restore them.
You probably accidently pressed it. It's the BB Toggle code availability icon.
