A $50 Timex will keep just as good or better time than a $10k Rolex it just depends on what you want, for me I was always fascinated with mechanical auto winders ( non quartz ) the longevity of these pieces seem more precision made and will usually last a lifetime if service is performed correctly. But today with the Smart Watch and phones wearing a watch seems more decorative but I have and always will wear one and 100% sure it won’t be a smart one
