The Body shop Shave Cream With Maca Root

From what I've read on the Internet (and thus, certainly must be true), Maca root certainly does cause allergic skin reactions with some people. That might explain the problems reported by some here with it.
Myself, I LOVE the stuff! I only recently got into DE shaving, along with proper shave creams, brush, etc., and TBS Maca Root cream is by far my favorite performer so far. I also rotate Speick and Bigelow creams, along with Cella shave soap. I find that the Maca Root gives me the easiest, best lather out of the bunch, and my shaves are always top notch with it. Love the scent too.

I have a tub of the Body Shop Maca Root and use it occasionally with excellent results. Probably something in the forumulation your skin doesn't like.
