I just purchased a bottle of Tabac Original Aftershave Splash, and wish to get a bottle of the correct scent that matches it. I have had two in the past, Tabac Eau de Cologne and Tabac Eau de Toilette. One matched and one did not. I believe, but am not sure, that the Eau de Cologne was the one that matched the afrershave. As I recall the other had a harsher (to my nose) scent. Would like confirmation before I order. Thanks!!!

I'm fairly sure the EdC is the closest match to the aftershave. It is a soapy fragrance. EdT is a more citrus/floral/wood type of scent.

Another vote for the EDC. I love all Tabac products in varying degrees, excluding two, the hair lotion and... the EDT, which I find quite objectionable.

I didn’t ask beforehand and went with the EDT. It’s now binned and replaced by the the EdC.

yes, EDC is closest. To me the AS smells best of the three versions.
while i've not tried the Tabac EDT, I have the EDC and it matches nicely (not exactly) with the aftershave.
