Vit D3 - because unless you work outdoors as your primary source of income you are low on D3
Multi vit - I am permanently on a diet and if I take in enough calories to get my vitamins I would be fat as a house.
Turmeric - A very good anti-inflamatory that my old arthritic joints appreciate
Protein drink - only on the days I put in a good long ride. 30+ miles. I drink it right after I finish to support muscle recovery

2. Omega-3 (foundational supp)
3. Concentrated Fruits and Vegetables (because I could use more)
4. D3 (I live in the northwest)
6. Glucosamine (for my knees)
7. Protein (sports nutrition)
8. Rhodiola Rosea (energy)
Considering adding Lutein for my eyes
BB Foundation multi-vit. 500mg - 1g neptune krill oil. Posted my pre-wo over in pre-wo thread. 4g BCAA and 4g glutamine post-wo. Blended protein. Nutrex chocolate has great profile and low cholesterol.
