Superb lather qualities and a strong lasting scent!
This solid razor was refreshed with tape on 0.1um diamond balsa followed by the HBA. The resulting edge was a buttery smooth and crisply keen balance...very nice!!

Pre-shave: Cold Water splash / YBN Glycerin
Razor: DSC V92 brass, parallel cap
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (2)
Brush: Arno 26mm Classic #12, Gen5 synthetic
Bowl: DSC scuttle
Soap: Mühle Sandalwood
A/S: POLA - Galantom II after shave lotion
Aftercare: Thayers Witch Hazel Unscented, Aloe Vera Gel
EdP: Byredo - Rose of No Man's Land

This second shave with the V92 brass razor was excellent. I tried the parallel cap today, same GSB blade as on Monday. The shave was incredibly smooth and easy-going for a superb DFS+++ (2 passes both WTG with touchups). The only reason it wasn't a BBS is that I can still feel slight stubble in some areas which I missed, but the cheeks are veritable BBS results.

The Arno Brush lathered up a storm with the hard puck from Mühle; a slick, thick and creamy shaving cushion for the very efficient V92.

This shave ended on a high note with the lovely Galantom II after shave lotion from POLA and a bouquet of rose, pink pepper and amber courtesy of our Swedish friends from Byredo.

Razor: Fatip Piccolo
Blade: Lord Super Chrome (4)
Cream: Trishave
A/S: Proraso green

Tried the Trishave as a brushless cream today. Takes a bit of getting used to shaving without a lather. I think it would work better with a milder closed comb such as my aluminium tech or a BIC sensitive disposable while travelling. Missed a patch due to lack of visual lather. I think I'll keep it as a preshave.

Today's shave is brought to me by:
Gillette, Proraso, Semogue, Wilkinson Sword, Thayers and IKEA

Two thumbs up for all products involved!
👍👍
