Wow! Can't see myself doing that.
However, if one wants to go with as inexpensive as possible, I think a puck of Col. Conk is $8.99 and would last a heck of a lot longer than any bar of Ivory. For that matter, I like the Van der Hagen "Luxury" shave soap and can find no issues with it.
I still use Ivory in the shower. Love it. Makes me feel just plain "clean." It will stay, however, in the shower!!

Try Dove. It has moisturizing cream in it. I think it's better than Ivory on my sensitive skin.
