Question about a vintage badger brush

I just snagged this brush from etsy.com. I sold a lot of stuff today on the B/S/T and am fresh with funds and trying to get some items I've been wanting to get. One of those items was a second brush (I went with an Omega 31064 to go along with my Semogue 830) and a vintage brush that I thought I would try my hand at restoring.

Without further ado:

I liked the color and the shape and the existing knot seemed to be in pretty good condition. From what I understand, Jordan Marsh was a department store. I'm sure they had this brush made for them and badged it with their name. Do any of you experts out there know what company may have made this for them? Is the shape of the handle indicative of any one company's normal output or is it just your typical handle shape? I've whittled my razor/soap/aftershave choices down to a select few and am just now getting into the brushes. Any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
