Wow, that is stunning!

I don't know what the rules are concerning publicly identifiable images but that would be a shame if it's not enter-able.

Surely cropping out the edge of the pic with the people won't hurt this image.

Cool shot. I agree with cropping. If the people aren't identifiable, do you need a release? All I saw was an elbow and forearm or two.

Quick crop removing all people and the stoplight, I still think it's very visually pleasing.

IMHO the crop also centers the lightest (and visually magnetic) building better. While I like the green water tower, the cropped composition is much cleaner.
