Opinion on buying this razor

I was on Classicshaving.com and saw this razor. It seems like a good price, mentiones that it's good for those who like a smaller blade, which I do. And I have a goatee, so less face to shave. I was hoping to get the members opinions on this razor, as I know next to nothing about them.

That's a really small blade for general-purpose shaving. That size was used for barbers for detail trimming, not so much for shaving entire faces.

Some people over at straight razor place have said that they've had extreme trouble sharpening filarmonicas. Something to keep in mind. I think you'd be better off with a 4/8 or 5/8.

A 3/8 razor is a real challange to hone no matter who makes them. It is very easy to "stub" them when honing. Buy a 5/8 or larger razor.

Agreed, 3/8 is a really fiddly razor to sharpen and to use. Get a 5/8, I think that is probably the easiest size to start with- not to narrow, not too broad.
