Yes indeed. That's why it's not symmetric in the very middle.

No, it's for sale on eBay. I just copied the picture since I can't link a live auction. Pretty pricy too.
It might be neat if you could sharpen it to be razor sharp. Might teach those kids for raiding your bottles of beer.

THe shot I posted is actually from "North by Northwest" in a great scene where Cary Grant is hiding on the train and when he looks in the bathroom he sees that razor, he uses it later in the movie.
