I have a medium sized EJ BBB. It is almost 2.5 years old. For the first two years it have been awesome. But for the past three months I have lost at least one hair during every shave (I shave every other day). It is not uncommon to loose two or three, and last week I lost five. Is this normal? Should I say something to EJ?

i used my small EJ BBB for 2yrs and then it started shedding like crazy. you could literally tug on the hair and it would come out. i ended up putting another knot in it.
