No Sir, not me. Mrs Eclipse is a Filipina, and like most of her countrywomen she prefers a man to be clean shaven. Being the man of the house then of course I am in charge and the decision is mine

Since retiring from the Army National Guard, I grow a beard every winter, because I can. I shave it off sometime between March and April.
Yep, it helps in the cold weather but I mostly have a beard because my wife likes it. Truth be told, I do look better with a beard, but I'd go clean-shaven anyway because I enjoy shaving as a hobby.
For much of the 80s, I grew a beard from Labor Day to Memorial Day. I couldn't deal with a beard in summer heat. The reason I stopped was due to our youngest daughter, who would hysterically cry every time I shaved it off. She was too young to tell us why, so I finally stopped growing one to avoid the drama. I started again this past Thanksgiving, but wound up trimming it into a goatee after a few weeks. I like the goatee, but it's a pain shaving/trimming around it, so not sure how long it will last.

I used to start a beard in October and shave it off
when it was long enough to get strapped to shoulder by my cars seatbelt.
I used to work out doors a lot and what I found out
was that a covid mask was more effective than a beard for keeping my face warm
in the Winter.
My mustache has been keeping my upper lip warm here in Wisconsin
