Post shave: Osma alum block, Thayer's Witch Hazel
Aftershave: Fine Snake Bite
Just in time for the end of Vintage April, today's shave featured a lovely Super Speed. I haven't used a vintage razor in quite some time, and found it to be surprisingly mild and pleasant. No weepers, etc. and no irritation.

Fourth shave of the week and fourth shave with my beloved Vintage English Flat Bottom Tech.
Fifth shave of the week and fifth shave with be beloved Vintage English Gillette Flat Bottom Tech.
Sixth shave of the week and sixth shave with my Vintage English Gillette Flat Bottom Tech.
Seventh shave for the week and seventh shave with my magnificent Vintage English Flat Bottom Tech. Now I have to decide which Vintage Gillette to use for next weeks efforts.
My Vintage Gillette for this week will be this 1950’s English Gillette Ball End Tech. This razor I bought ages ago and it has been in a box ever since. It got a spa last night and it will be my vintage Gillette for this week.
This USA pre-war Tech is my current favourite.
My second and third shaves of the week are still with my lovely 1950’s Gillette Ball End Tech.

Brush: Yaqi 24mm Silvertip badger
Bowl: Captain's Choice Heavyweight copper
Post shave: Omega alum block, Thayer's Witch Hazel
Aftershave: Mennen Skin Bracer
This would normally be a non-shave day, but I shaved anyway. It was an easy three pass shave, no weepers, etc. and no irritation. I didn't push for the perfect shave, the goal was to enjoy the shave and new soap.
9/10 Very pleasant

Still using my Vintage English Gillette 1950’s Ball End Tech. I am really digging this razor. Another one that I am going to use more often.

Vintage Gillette for this week is my 1960’s English Gillette Plastic Handle Tech. It should be vintage enough for this thread. I find the handle a little light but I will give it a go.
Second shave of the week and second shave with my 1960’s English Gillette Plastic handle Tech. So far so good with this razor.
Third shave for the week and third shave with my 1960’s English Gillette Plastic handle Tech. Still going okay with this razor, I do like the longer handle but the weight of the handle is very light.
Fourth shave of the week and fourth shave with my 1960’s Vintage English Plastic handle Tech.
