That’s its beauty — lets your skin heal itself instead of drying out.
I'm still sprung on the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel-Cream. There's just such a noticeabley different post shave feel when I use it.

My wife is using Neutrogena Hydro Boost as well.. so they don't last long around here. We're on our 3 tub and it's about half way gone. We both love the stuff.... I have a few others I had purchased before @CzechCzar 's post came to my attention. I wonder if they will ever get used. I sort of doubt it.

Bought a small jar at the NEX in Sasebo Japan last year. Currently only use it when home. Make your face look hydrated and “younger”. Wife like the post shave feel.

Scent? This is scentless. The Extra dry is different from the normal, which is unscented. I cannot speak to the normal.

Both. I'm still hoping a chemist and/or other very knowledgeable folks might weigh in on that list.
Face feel is very good . . . but . . . I've not used the original reference item, and I've not tested the Vivo in isolation from other post-shave products. I'm a terrible scientist, but I certainly feel I've gotten my $4.99's worth here.
