Nice! Keep us posted please. Always valuable to hear back on good sources.Ended up with 5 from Ledbury's Warehouse sale.
Looking forward to getting them fitted!
You trying to get me to move to Canada? Wow. Not sure I've ever seen this in Michigan, but would jump at the chance! Thanks for the idea.I cannot fathom buying a shirt off the rack for $100 USD and still needing to get it tailored. For that money you could be getting custom made-to-measure from any number of retailers.
They generally set up shop in a hotel or conference center for a few days to take measurements and let you look through their fabric swatches. You pick the fabric and styling details (I have monograms!), they measure you there, and the shirts are mailed to you a month or two later. I have tried two such retailers in Canada and they both provided me with three shirts for around $60-70 CAD per shirt.
I have had good results with Paul Fredrick shirts. They last longer than BB and Jos. A. Bank and are reasonably priced.
Exactly, since their $99 for three plus their Clearance stuff are a sweet price.Charlestywhitt
I just took the plunge on this 3x 99 offer. They are arriving later this week. Have high hopes but really just hope the fit is okay.Exactly, since their $99 for three plus their Clearance stuff are a sweet price.
Oh the fit is good, but I really like their fabric choices, way, way better than dept store offerings.I just took the plunge on this 3x 99 offer. They are arriving later this week. Have high hopes but really just hope the fit is okay.
I've been tempted by their shirts I see advertised in magazines more than once, I've just never pulled the trigger yet.+1 on Paul Fredrick
Something to check out! Thanks! For my nicest shirts, I have them custom made by Tailor Store.
I have been doing this for suits and dress shirts for a decade. Better fabric and perfect fit. A very large range of fabric and color options.
