I (google) figured it out, looks like a company out of Australia, they have some interesting brushes.

I recently purchased a TF The Roman, a beautifully made brush and with the 28mm two band is very impressive to use. Tony is a pleasure to deal with and will actually send photos of the handle being turned if you go for the custom version. I have two bore knots on the way to be sent to Tony for mounting in custom handles.
