My first Straight Shave with my Catteraugus from Whipped Dog

View attachment 221864View attachment 221865I just had my first shave yesterday with this catteraugus from Whipped Dog. lathered up w/my berkeley best and fitjar neroli sc.Im happy to say I did 3 passes wtg xtg xtg, with no cuts, weepers and veryittle irritation! Im shocked. I did go atg, but only on my neck and side burn area. There was a little tugging going on, Im not sure if it was my technique (most likely) or the blade. But it only happened here and there on the oblique xtg passes. It wasn't a perfect shave, definitely acceptable, but I finished 1 final pass xtg with a ejde89 loaded with a feather. Osma Alum, proraso AS...and I was good to go!

P.S. Yes those are the obituaries. Larry decided to send my razor and balsa wood packaged with the obituaries
