Forgot to update after I bottled the cranberry batches haha. Both came through pretty well. Backsweeten them a bit more than the previous batches to balance out the tartness of the cranberry. Hopefully they will be pretty good after some age.
Also started up my next two batches today. Going to experiment a bit with these. Have 3lbs of honey currently being carmelized to make my first bochet. Also going to attempt a pina colada type. Have a couple pounds of honey and pineapple juice mixed up. The plan in to put the coconut during the secondary time to infuse. Might add some vanilla too I'm not sure yet. Pretty excited about these two.
I gotta drink more mead to free up some bottles though
