Inherited my first straight razor...help?

Hi!

I recently inherited a straight razor that used to belong to my grandfather's cousin and best friend. They both served in WWII - my grandfather as a Seabee and his cousin as a P-51 pilot in Europe. It's in need of some attention and I don't know the first thing about cleaning these up. It's a Shumate's Barber de Luxe. The scales are cheap plastic and not in great shape, but the blade just needs a good cleaning and sharpening. I'll be honest, I'm fairly handy, but not really interested in doing this myself. Is there anyone y'all recommend who does good work on these?

@Bayamontate and @Doc226 on the East coast do honing. Frankly, there's not much more you need - all that surface rust will come out with some application of powdery Bar Keepers Friend.

The one on the right seems to have the beginning of a frown - and will likely need the heel to be fixed.

Looks like two views of one razor.
Neds a bit of restoration prior to honing.
The edge is up into the stabilizer so the heel needs to be ground back prior to honing.
The frown will come out with the loss of some blade width.
