Sorry this took so long I was away for a couple days!


I am not a recipe guy but heres what I do.

Make a chicken stock from an organic chicken-Drain liquid and toss everything but the meat.
Refrigerate overnight and then skim fat off.

Cut up carrots, lots of celery, onions, leek and some savoy cabbage- chop up a tomato or two. Salt, pepper, fresh parsley you can add a potato if you like. I will add some vegetable stock if I have any made.

Throw it in a big pot and cover with the stock and add back the meat and simmer till dinner.

You can add rice or any pasta if you like. (cook separately in stock)
I serve with a sprinkle of locatelli cheese and some crusty bread!l
 
Went to Casa Verona with a friend last night and had some extremely well made tortellaci filled with pecorino and funghi porcini. Some baguette and a nice red wine as well. This was a heavenly meal :biggrin:
 
Had a real *** week, yesterday's dinner at Cheescake Factory

Factory Burrito Grande
Mojito :w00t:
Double Espresso
Tiramisu Cheesecake

and followed all up by the Blue Man Group. Good ending to a crappy week.
