How to remove the knot from a RazoRock 400

Here's the completed brush, with the 22mm Maggard SHD knot. I'm definitely going to like using this tomorrow, much more than I cared for that synthetic knot that was in it originally.

As far as this Maggard knot versus the Silvertip Badger knots I usually get from The Golden Nib, I don't think there's really any difference, except that the Maggard knot is about 20% more expensive. On future reknots, I'll go back to TGN.

After using the 400 with the Maggard knot, I'm going to amend my statement above. The Maggard SHD knot is definitely a nicer feeling knot with a lot more density. It feels great. I can't speak to whether or not you think it's worth the 20% higher price. Only you can decide that.
