I know I've assembled those poles before. Aluminum poles with shock cord and those caps. But can't remember what they are for!
 
Close enough. They are primer pick up tubes for my Dillon XL 650 reloading press. Hidesuru your up.
Sorry it took me so long, its been a busy day. Here is your next challenge. I think it may be quite difficult so I will post hints as needed, but not too soon. I know we like a good challenge around here. :001_tt2:

IC chip extractor?

Or a portable EPROM eraser... That large barrel looks like it could hold batteries.
I'm impressed. Its really a chip inserter, not extractor, but I will give it to you.

Edit: I thought about using the IC pin straightener, or perhaps the resistor lead-bending doodad, but I wasn't sure how hard this would be, and those seemed almost cruel. :001_tt2:
