I know I've assembled those poles before. Aluminum poles with shock cord and those caps. But can't remember what they are for!

Sorry it took me so long, its been a busy day. Here is your next challenge. I think it may be quite difficult so I will post hints as needed, but not too soon. I know we like a good challenge around here.

I'm impressed. Its really a chip inserter, not extractor, but I will give it to you.

Edit: I thought about using the IC pin straightener, or perhaps the resistor lead-bending doodad, but I wasn't sure how hard this would be, and those seemed almost cruel.
