Dumb and Dumber, II, Spring Break Edition (yes, I know that's wrong)
I can't figure out if that's a "Dumb & Dumber"-type line (I can see it delivered that way) or if it's a philosophical line from one of his "Look! I'm a serious actor!" roles. I'm guessing it is a Jim Carrey movie, but I don't remember the line at all. I only saw The Truman Show once, so that's my guess.
