OK, so I just finished my first shave with my new DE and Tweezerman brush. Shave went very well, but for some reason, my brush was losing A LOT of hair. I mean like giant clumps of hair. And now, it is still doing it. Anyway, I just called Tweezerman to see what could have happened, and all I have to do is send it back to them, and they'll send me a new one! Pretty good deal if you ask me.
The only think that sucks is that now I have to wait for them to send me another brush so I can shave again!
