Dry scalp skin, but not dandruff. What can I do?

You could try Noble Formula 2% Pyrithione Zinc (ZnP) Bar Soap. It may be just dry skin, but it could be fungal. I use this bar soap, but it can also be used for your scalp. It works pretty well.
