Custom D01 2 Band Shavemac

So is this brush still #1 in the rotation? Been looking at Shavemac for my next brush and am wondering if I should go extreme fan or regular fan. I do like to face (75% of the time) lather and am curious how this brush has performed in a bowl.

Thats just because its new to me so im really breaking it in and giving it a real go.

When I want an invigorating experience I go for my D01 2 band. When I want a soft plush experience I go for the flat top silvertip .

It performs decent in the bowl but not as nice as my new one. I now do a hybrid lathering! I get it started in the bowl and finish on the face
