Cast Iron Corn Bread

I used macnatty's recipe and added some parmesan cheese. Turns out I might have added a bit too much cheese. It was quite cheesy and the rest of the family weren't that fond of it. Probably would have been better with a less pungent cheese. Still the base corn bread turned out pretty good.

Cool. Glad you can get Lodge in Oz. When I do chile cheese cornbread I use jalapeños or serranos and sharp cheddar.
