that was REALLY cool! Having been there, that created a very different perspective.

Aerial photography has been around for decades ...
but its just within the last few years that Drone-pics have taken the bird's eye view to a whole new level.
And of course while not everyone can afford even an hour of aerial photography via helicopter or small plane, photography-capable drones are rather affordable. Of course, improper use is increasing. I see the local police and park rangers using drones when looking for missinmg people especially along the Pacific shoreline.
Fantastic shots and a most interesting perspective on the subjects.
