Don't know if Floïd Vigoroso is used in some Spanish barbershops, but is surely used in the Portuguese ones - a good example is Barbearia Campos, in the historic centre of Lisbon. Founded in 1886, it is one of the oldest barbershops in Europe, if not the oldest. It is still active nowadays in the very same facilities since its foundation - something that not even T&H can claim.
