What indicates it is PTFE though? I only see GEM stamped on the blade.

Thanks, but I haven't had an uncoated one, but I'd assume it would also say GEM on one side and stainless steel on the other. I don't have my PTFE GEM blade in front of me but I don't remember it having the 62-178# stamped on it. I could be wrong though.
