Having two step grandson graduate this year, one from College, on from H/S, both got money from grandma. Money is right size, color, and style.
Well, maybe I'll pass that along to my grandson in about 10 years! I never could get my daughters interested in anything but cartridge razors.

Yes it does. The aluminum Windsor Pro comes with the cap, SB90 base plate, and handle.
