WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

2nd shave with the new RSP Mahogany. I transferred it to an 8 oz tub. Quick easy lather after loading for 20 seconds. I loaded a new GSB in the Slim. Excellent smooth, close, nick free shave. I finished with Fine Platinum.

Nice Portuguese cream. Very good, excellent price. This and Variante are the best low cost Portuguese creams, but from both i still prefer Variante.

Trumper's Skye aftershave splash

Second day using Skye. It's pretty nice, IMO.
Totally old-school, old man, powdery and barber-shoppy.
Tries to be modern, but totally fails.
Fits me to a T!
So, I like it!

thanks, chris.
re the skye, it's largely alcohol-based; so not a lot of 'healing' per se.
the prep soap and the pannacrema had loads of glycerine, so there was already some slick feel left on the skin after the shave.
right now is about an hour after, and the skin could use a dab of something, perhaps a bit of shea cream.
good idea.
