Yeeehaaaa! my new Weber has arrived!

Hi All
My new Weber razor with polished head and bulldog handle arrived here at my home in Penzance, England yesterday all the way from the U.S.A.
Had to pay almost £18 import duty, but it was worth it.

Had a smoooooooth shave this morning!

Does anyone know if the Weber Bulldog handle would fit into the Ikon Bulldog razor stand? Cheers!

I'm actually thinking of trading my DLC for one of the polished stainless, these are pretty nice razor heads but never cared much for the handles. I like the head paired to a Feather AS or BRW ultralight Mastiff.

About the Mühle stand: It does get a little unsteady due to being a little heavier-handled than the R41, so there's a slight risk of knocking it over with your knuckle.

The Weber is a beautiful razor that's built like a tank. I had one but I couldn't get on with it. Sadly, it was too aggressive for me. Congrats on your new razor.

Mine should be here Saturday or Monday - very excited to get it and try it out! Went with the Wave handle as I already have the Bulldog Handle on an EJ DE89 and the Classic handle in a box!

Got it to day, but I'd already shaved! Darn! Will use it tomorrow with an Astra SP and see how I do with the angle! I'm sure it will be a little different than the ATT M1 I've been using.

The angles a little different.... it is overall a less aggressive razor (yes, less than the ATT "Mild", but still more so than some others that get recommended a lot for newbs especially). I look forward to reading your first impression of the Weber. This is the razor that made me "get", really, Feather blades.
