@ sarimento1 ... Yes, the tube I recently found at my forgotten summer place is more than 15 years old. It has the same "Williams parent co." address etc as in the picture there/here. They enthus, as do I, about their lanolin. I haven't seen it on ANY shelves in a very long time. I live in northern europe for what it's worth.

Hehe,... well, I DID post my age as 106, didn't I? I guess I'll be forgiven for not remembering just HOW many times 15 years ago it was that I left it there. But yes, it's a blue and white tube with the same "J. B." etc information there as in your picture. It's about half full even still!
Uuuum, not quite the frozen wastes yet, but I live around 60* (yeah, that'll stand in for a degrees sign, right? Since I don't know where/if it otherwise is)

And as reply to everyone else, Thank you, Gents, for all the warm welcomes. Having only ever posted on perhaps two of these kind of places ever before, and one post each at that, it came as a sort of surprise to me to actually get a response, much less "welcomes". I only wandered in here when I started wondering the question of 'is it still...' and went asking. And so it seemed several others here had been doing. Very sorry for all of us that the tubes seem to be all but unobtainable anymore.

2 days ago, when I was looking for Alvarez Goméz in Spain, I came across Williams cream here.

How does it compare with Alvarez Goméz? If it’s something close to Alvarez Goméz, I may get a few tubes while I’m still here.
