More Tieguanyin, but this one is a tea bag version from a Luk Yu. It's an example of a roasted oolong. Much darker in flavour than my usual cups. A very enjoyable tea with nice mouth feel.

Trader Joe's corn bread mix . I usually don't buy "box" mixes but this is really good . Nice pieces of corn , great corn flavor and cooks up real easy . I throw in 1/3 of a bag of Trader Joe's frozen organic cherries , a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract . Can't beat it!
