I just pulled 2 shots of Eight O’clock Dark Italian myself, one each for my wife and I. First time I’ve ever tried it and I have to agree that it’s excellent for the money.

It's a toasty 10° in Music City right now with a high around 20°.
About 5 hours of sleep last night. I got a little chilly, so I had to get an extra fleece blanket out.
I have a minor errand to run today and have to figure out my studio schedule for the week but that's about it.
Dinner will be thick cut bone-in pork chops with gravy, roasted red potatoes and lightly sautéed fresh spinach with a little extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic.

Another hot one today, top of 34c/93f again, but last night the air con carked it so today was much more of a slog.
It could be worse though, I could be playing tennis like the poor souls down the road at the Open.

Good morning, folks! Hoping the weekend was good for you guys. I got chicken tenders and mac n cheese leftovers, so lunch is set for me. I usually only eat a cup of yogurt with honey and a peanut butter sandwich for dinner. I only like to eat one big meal for the day and a lighter meal for dinner (eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner).

Today is a blend of Organic Sumatra and Panera. We are on our way to -5 degrees in a couple days and it’s going to stay that way for at least three days.
The majority of my working career I was in outside sales and typically made 8-10 sales calls a day. You learn how to dress and prepare for this weather, but I have to say since retirement I don’t miss having to deal with the conditions.

Roasted this coffee last week, temps were too cold
Normal roast time about 8:47 minutes or so
Being too cold roasted out of desperation, took coffee to about 11 minutes as i was simply going by looking at beans only
Coffee turned out ok but note to self, no roasting coffee unless ideal weather for roasting,,
