Something unwilling in me today regarding a new week, so I'm glad for the spring machine that makes the volume and pressure decisions and does the work for me for a very tasty americano.

I was in a rush this morning so I got an iced shaken espresso from that corporate coffee chain. Not as good as my ice coffee or Hubbard and Cravens, but, it will do in a pinch. Speaking of my ice coffee, I am waiting on two 250 gram bricks of Lavazza Crema E Gusto to be delivered today to make my own again. It should be here sometime this afternoon.
Today's brew was Rare Bird Coffee Roasters (Falls Church, VA) - Colombia - Ticuna with the Fellow Products Stagg XF dripper using a Stagg XF filter with a bloom followed by a single slow pour.
Top o’the morning to you all! I got a fun day today; we’re picking up my nieces from school and I believe we’re getting Canes chicken for’em and i like Canes sauce a lot. This morning it was Eight O’Clock beans brewed by the Moccamaster and ever so delicately poured down my esophagus into my belly (yum). Ate a donut and a Kind bar so far; I’ll probably fix myself an egg later. Aaron Rodgers at least didn’t get hurt last night but the Niners looked good as usual (Shanahan is a heck of a coach and the Niners could very well end back up in the Super Bowl again). I do pray that you fine upstanding people have spectacular days today….might this day be filled with nothing but blue skies and majestic rainbows

Had nice latte and a fruit bun at the market today.
The weather was sunny and clear blue skies, and it was warm enough that when I got home I had the first iced latte in a good while, with a slice of home made Boston bun.

We're looking at a high around 90° for Music City today. No rain expected. We decided to watch the game at our studio last night. I'm quite pleased with my Niners.
I've got a 12 - 5 pm session today but before we start we're headed over to our local watering hole to enjoy some Trinidad Scorpion wings and a few cold beers. That's about it for today.

The Major started his day w/a hot Aeropress cup local roaster Royal Mile's "Dallas Sucks." Damned good stuff, if both a bit darker than the Major usually likes his coffee and a bit early in the season (the Eagles + Cowboys face off on Nov,. 10th).
A serious question for Dallas fans: what do you and your fellow Dallas fans think about Jerry Jones? Frankly, the Major, along w/most Philadelphia Eagles fans, thinks that he's of a fool, firing the very successful - if infuriating - Jimmy Johnson only to replace him w/the laughable Barry Switzer and a series of equally incompetent successors. Plus, like so many other owners in pro sports, Jones seems to treat his team as large-scale fantasy league team, albeit not as ridiculously as former Washington (Ethnic Slur) owner Daniel Snyder did*.

Apparently, they say its Tuesday, but it feels like last week to me. I went to bed on Wednesday, now its Tuesday, did I go back in time? Nope, everything's just a blur, must drink coffee to wake up. Drinking Equator Tigerwalk Espresso 6-cups into 30-OZ Yeti tumbler.
Six +two shot moka pots of Lavzza Crema E Gusto poured through a Hyper Chiller before adding to some brown sugar and a splash of oat milk in the 30 OZ Yeti. Great ice coffee made in minutes.
Today's brew was Rare Bird Coffee Roasters (Falls Church, VA) - Colombia - Ticuna with my Glass Hario V60-01 Switch and a Cafec Abaca filter using the Coffee Chronicler hybrid recipe.
