Pretty simple curry-wurst for me today. I made the brats and curry sauce from scratch.

To the supermarket earlier and among other things, we picked up some hickory smoked sliced turkey from the deli counter - ideal in some wraps with mayo and pickle.

Out for lunch yesterday with a friend. We went to an Italian place called OTTO. He knows the chef who came out to say hello and advise that they had white truffles in so they made an appearance on some pasta. The regular menu had saltimbocca which I rather fancied, and we had a very good red to go with it. We had a frugal desert - lemon sorbet in vodka(!)

After CPR class, I stopped at the Portuguese market on the way home. She’d already eaten lunch, so I made a plate for one.
