What's coming out of YOUR roaster?

Finally, after almost 2yrs things have settled down enough around here I can get back to roasting. Two separate 260g batches of Sweet Maria’s “Espresso Monkey.” One roasted to just on the edge of 2nd crack and the other just into second crack. I want to try the different roasts on my wife to see if she has a favorite. I also found some Colombian beans that I purchased 5-6yrs ago and figured why not. The exact origin in Colombia has been lost to time. I did 260g tonight and will finish the rest during my next roast if they turn out ok.

My routine has been to roast two lbs every weekend. I have about a dozen different origins, all from Sweetmarias (I was in the US a few months ago and able to bring a big order home with me to Canada) and all arabica with different processing styles. Sweetmarias flyer this week advertised a robusta for blending. Anyone do this? It intrigues me.

Haven't been posting but have been roasting. Working through 20lb of a very nice Ethiopian from Sweet Marias. On roast 222 with the Gene Cafe.

Sweet Maria's is doing a Saturday open house every couple of months and were running an Aillio Bullet recently when I picked up greens, filters, and cleaning tabs.
