Can't help but notice the lack of a "Yasuki" or "Swedish" stamp on the 8300. Do the 65's indicate steel?

My 8300 didn't feel like yasuki steel. Fantastic razor nonetheless.

It must be ERN day. 5/8 ERN 525 originally for a Spanish speaking market. Semogue Torga C5 boar and Cajun Blade Old #2 shave soap. AS was Stirling Barbershop. I like my Stirling soaps, but I have to say, Eric is on to something with the Cajun Blade soap - excellent stuff. Interesting thing I 've noticed on my ERNs - the Spanish lettered one is 525 and marked Wald-Solingen. The one with the English etching is S 525 and marked Best Silver Steel. Both razors feel the same on the stones and shave equally well. I love the bellied full hollow grind.
