Sailor vs. the Kraken
As a bit of an adventure I decided to shave through my vintage razors from oldest to newest. I’m not the most knowledgable when it comes to IDing old Gillettes, so if I make a mistake in naming a razor, please let me know.

I like mild razors and am not an open comb fan at all, but this was a mild, comfortable shave with no nicks or weepers.

Much better shave than my first couple tries with the Tile last year. During this shave, I finally got comfortable with the angle needed with this razor. It's not the natural angle for someone more accustomed to shaving with vintage Gillettes. Once dialed in, it's a smooth shave. I'm not sure the Plus Platinum is the right blade for it, but I'll be trying again in the near future.
