Cook Jimmy Dean (or other sausage) in skillet. Reserve numerous crumbled sausage bits and a few teaspoons of fat/grease. Add flour and milk and scrape away at bottom of skillet (some add coffee grounds to make "red-eye gravy") til you get a gravy like substance. Often poured over biscuits. Enjoy! Can't wait to hear other's opinions on this one (sausage gravy) as it is one of my favorite relatively unhealthy breakfast treats and I'm sure there are a million different takes..

I just like two fried eggs with mine.
Tommy gave the directions- sausage gravy is heaven, especially over biscuits.
If they're done right, then nothing!
