Usually with people like this, they just want a rise from you. The more you talk to them, argue with them, discuss it, the more they like it. It just proves that he is bothering you. Simply ignore him. Or agree with him on everything, when he says that he hit the best shot ever agree with him. This usually stops these attention hounds.

Although, obviously, I would much rather drive my knee through his thick skull, or jam my racquet up his rather voluminous nether region (not to mention many of the other creative suggestions above), the high road is always the most sensible approach, and the one I intend to take. Still, it's much easier said than done, and it's certainly more of a hoot to read through all of the revenge scenarios you've concocted.
Anyway, this was my off week, so I didn't have to put up with him today.
