Dull yet interesting
Preshave: Hot shower
Soap/Shave cream: Stirling Soap Hot Apple Cider
Brush: Simpson Trafalgar T2
Razor: Edwin Jagger DE89
Blade: Bolzano Superinox (1)
Post shave: Pinaud Clubman
Rating: 10/10

When I decided to try traditional shave about 2.5 years ago, I found it really helpful to order sample pack of razor blades so I could try different makers and brands. And the Bolzano Superinox turned out to be one of my favorites. I'm down to my last one now.
And my memory was correct: this is one fantastic blade. I may have to invest in some again someday but now I have enough blades to last years ...
Great shave. I still maintain the Edwin Jagger DE89 is the most underrated and the best value on the market ...

First time I've used a Treet Platinum. Very nice. Everything clicked today; between the Ball Tech, the B&M soap, it all came together. A DFS.

Razor: Goodfellas' Smile - Bayonetta
Blade: 7 AM Plus Hi Platinum. DAY # THREE USEAGE.
Bowl: N/A
Soap/Cream: Cremo - Refreshing Mint, smells is great.
Brush/Instrument: Fingers/Omega Boar
Extra Stuff: Witch Hazel

THIRD Shave with my P.I.F.ed winning, Goodfellas' Smile Bayonetta, from Badger & Blade Member @Koop. Shave was three passes, with, across, & against the grain, using a Almost NEW FRESH - 7 AM Plus Hi Platinum, some Blade feel but just feedback, Shave went as easy as 1, 2, 3, Blade is Super Sharp, and, Efficient. Today was DAY # THREE for using this Blade, came out of my Orphan Blade Ziplock. Blade sent message, aka feedback it was working well today, it was loud talking, and clear.

Shave today was Dam Fine Shave but did not achieving perfection rating, would be 9.99 +. Results were Darn Good because I payed a lot of attention to Technique, reaped rewards, of DFS for doing so. I do not & never will chase BBS, do but still got great Shave. This is an Ultra Heavy Weight Razor at 3.49 Ounces, Handle is nice & long so it like having baseball bat in hand. THREE Grand Slam Shaves in Row, AWESOME RAZOR.

Using a freshly opened Tube of Cremo - Refreshing Mint, Black Cap. Still working in the Cremo into my Beard with my Fingers, & Omega Boar, this technique seems to helped getting Beard to stand up for closer shave. Working with Brush on Face don’t lather Cremo much, but seem to help raise Beard for Shaving off. This New Tube of Cremo - Refreshing Mint has nice scent on skin post shave, and slight tingling sensation like menthol post shave. Will comment on strength of scent after few days of use, hope it keeps smelling and tingling liker Menthol. Day # 3 use of this New Tube of Cremo - Refreshing Mint, it has stronger scent than last tube of product, and leaves slight tingle behind. Good THING, Great Smell!

I am a Vintage Gillette Junkie, That is almost all I own, except this Newly acquired Goodfellas' Smile Bayonetta, that does a Dam Fine Shave. This is the CNC First Modern Razor I ever owned, It Brass, it polished up real nice with Elbow Grease & Flitz Polish. Will say it again this Razor does awesome job, would say IMHO it is great value at the $60.00 Retail Price Point. I honestly cannot imagine that a Super Modern Razor that cost upwards of $200.00 - Plus, could do any better job of producing DFS than this Goodfellas' Smile Bayonetta. Heck of a lot of bang for buck.

You love your Cremo :) I tried it and seemed to clog up my razor more that other shave creams. What’s your secret? Do you add a lot of water to your lathers? Thx.

Actually being frugal person I purchased like 10 Tubes at less then $2,49/TUBE at Commissary at AF BASE. I use small amount, I put on thin layer with fingers, then work with Boar Brush, it does not lather up, but it does raise beard to cut down. Another TRICK is I shower post shave, shampoo with baby Shampoo from WallyWorld, use this to clean Brush. Baby Shampoo on Brush, and shake out.

Looking Forward to last of Cremo being used, and going back to REAL Creams, and Soaps.
