LGC soap takes wonderfully to some added menthol. This was a great setup today. Although I had a red dot on my neck, it vanished quickly and I can award a 9.7/10.

I had pretty good shave this morning. No blood, no irritation and very little sting when I used my Alum Block. I was thinking of using this blade again for another week but I have not decided yet. I would rate the shave as an 8.5/10.

I had plenty of lather and wanted to use it up. And did three pass shave. Chased BBS and overdid .
Resulting BBS + irritation and some weepers.

Simpson Duke 3 synthetic bristle brush
Arran Lochranza soap
1980s Shulton Old Spice (white stopper)
Quite an efficient-feeling shave, though not uncomfortable and the Gong has especially well done well for closeness. The Duke did great things with the Lochranza soap, and while Old Spice wasn't an obvious match for the smells it goes well.
Good stuff. Worthy of a "10" today.
