Pre Shave: Warm Shower, Stirling Baker Street Liquid Bath Soap, Stirling Unscented Pre Shave Soap
Razor: 24K Gold Plated Brass Karve Overlander
Blade: Gillette Nacet (4)
Soap/Cream: Arianna & Evans Barbierie Sofistacato
Brush: Dscosmetics Neon Handled AP Shave Co 26mm MiG knot brush
Post Shave: Cold Water Rinse, Thayers Unscented Witch Hazel, Nivea Unscented Post Shave Balm & Stirling's Barbershop AS
Rating: 9/10 A comfortable efficient 3 pass BBS shave with no touch ups, four weepers, no cuts or irritation. Guess I was a little aggressive using pressure today, but an Alum Stick cured the weepers. Still a very good shave in spite of my error.

Pre shave: hot shower / Proraso green pre-shave balm
Brush: Yaqi badger
Soap: Moss Hill - Bathe in Boubon
Razor: 65' Ball Tech
Blade: Gillette Permasharp green (2)
Post Balm: Nivea sensitive post shave balm
Post Splash: Fine - Italian Citrus

Rating: 6/10. I really want to like the Moss Hill soap. But, it simply isn't performing. I gets thin on the face and dries out before I can make a pass. I had to keep going back to the well to try and thicken it up on my face. Aside from the soap, everything else was good. I really like the Italian Citrus splash.

MdC Monday

Hello friends

The heat continues this Carnival. Today, I chose MdC Agrumes, Pegasus Mistura and Rocca R94 to start the week off right and continued with Gillette Nacet (and its alligator in honor of the great theme of this week's SOTD). I finished with the delicious Ach Brito Água de Colônia Antiga.

With us, Tony.

Rating: 10

Have a wonderful week and great shaves!

One and a-half day beard growth.

The SC Passion scent (soap and balm) is a very nice, warm profile. Paired well with the Clubman AS.

Three passes:

WTG, XTG, ATG and one clean-up pass.

No nicks.
No weepers.
No irritation.
DFS+ shave.

Happy Monday!

Cheers!

Razor: Blackland Blackbird Ti
Blade: Wizamet Super Iridium, 1st use
Brush: Oumo Molten Magma ST-1
Bowl: Cayuen Dark Nebula Bowl
Soap: Razorock Plague Doctor
Aftershave: Razorock Plague Doctor
Balm: Stirling Unscented
Additional Care: Thayers Witch Hazel (Unscented)

A soul-cleansing shave with the TiBird this morning. The longer I practice wet shaving, the more I realize only a handful of razors can deliver such a shave. After reading some of the posts on B&B I revisited Plague Doctor. After a long hiatus I found that it reminds me of Floid the Original. I think it’s the White Musk. Regardless, I find I really like it and it’s going into the rotation. BBS+

Wishing you an easy start to the week.

An earlier time in the bathroom gave me a chance to have 3 Ss, something i haven't had in awhile. And it kicked off my March GRUME shaves and my gear gave me a 9.5/10.
1000008043.jpg

Pre-shave was a shower that Stirling Deep Blue Sea lathered me up in. I have several showers left with this bar and it completed the second S.
1959 Gillette Fatboy loaded with the last Rapira Blade. The dull Rapira is what took off .5 on my rating because this was the 4th shave (i might be off 1) with it. The other 4 blades went 6 shaves (average) each and have been used since my coming back to wet shaving and B&B a few months ago.
Stirling Sandpiper got whipped up quickly by the Yaqi 24mm Synthetic Mountain Lake inside the medium sized Captain's Choice Copper Amethyst Bowl.
Omega Alum and Stirling Soap Co. Deep Blue Sea Aftershave Balm finished off the third S.
