Although I've been DE Shaving for ten years now, I'd never tried a Wilkinson Sword blade. @helicopter "the blade king" recommended them to me so I purchased a 5-pack to see if I liked them. I did (very much so, hence the 100 that arrived today)! :w00t:

My first tube of Cella Rapid cream/gel (which I've used continually since I received it) gets better with every shave (it's already great, so it's more likely that it's the operator that's improving ). So, I had to buy a spare tube due to FORO (Fear Of Running Out). I feel a "brushes and creams/croaps/soaps" PIF coming on :yesnod:.
Hiya Cal - must try Cella ; heard a lot of good things about it ; I like Almond and Marzipan scents !

The Wilkis are brilliant to me - got 300 from La Barbiera which I've used a few times - sterling customer service with free rapido dispatch.

Their bowls are excellent VFM as well.

Helicopter knows his onions - bless him.

I am encouraged to make some hard Coconut / Jamaican Black Castor Oil / Omani Hojari Royal Frankincense soap soon for friends and clients; will have to speed up the evaporation up with an industrial blower because they can't wait months for it to cure.

Good luck in all your endeavours Cal !

I just ordered a few bits 'n bobs on Saturday - French, Black African and Omani Frankincense soap, some Ouds and synthetic frags, one chunky razor I needed for the handle, a case for another 10 razors plus 3 burners.

Just waiting for the bakoor Middle Eastern Oud incense, 6 razor handles and some mega Omani Frankincense absolute.

Omani Royal Hojari Frankincense Absolute.

Nothing else required; this is as deep and complex as a Qadeem oud or vintage wine - heavenly.

Well the Frankincense arrived and all I can say is WOW - I'm astonished ; I'm a herbalist and aromatherapist and this is one of the best I've ever had the privilege to own in forty years of practice.

SYRIAN - KESABELLA 70% LAUREL OIL SOAP.jpg

KESABELLA SYRIAN 70% LAUREL SOAP LABEL.jpg

OUD BUKHOOR - HUON PINE OIL.jpg

My Kesabella Savon d' Alep arrived today and it's fabulous - incredibly moisturising, an all day deodorant, will make a slick lather even with hard and brackish water and when you wash your hair with it ; it leaves it soft and manageable - I used in the Middle East at first then France and fell in love with it.

Now with the situation there in Syria it'll be a long time before any more 70% laurel soap is made - if the factory survives - it takes ten years to mature which is the sign of a World class soap.

It is also an effective rodent and insect repellent plus it smells gorgeous and only has four constituents.

This soap will never be made again so will probably be going for hundreds a bar on the bay before too long.
Good job I stocked up - got nineteen altogether.

Plus I know it works medicinally because I have seen it clear up acne, psoriasis and dandruff overnight and certainly less than a fortnight - I'm a herbalist since the mid eighties with two degrees so I know about the ingredients.

I also got some Ard Al Zafaaran Bukhoor incense from the United Arab Emirates which smells like a good perfume - which it is.

There is a massive fragrance culture there going back thousands of years and the perfumes and Kyara or Kynam Ouds can literally cost $10000.00 per gram (1/28th of an ounce) - I am not exaggerating - people there put the incense smoke on clothes and the ladies smoke their hair with bukhoor and wear perfume like we wear a Rolex - they have to be intense there to handle the heat (110 at midnight) - a Tom Ford there would be lucky to last an hour so that's why they layer so heavily.

I got into the Sheikh culture working and living in Egypt and the Middle East - now that isn't a rabbit hole - it's a black hole Haha!

I also got some Huon Pine scent individually specially imported from Tasmania which I adore - I am looking for an Australian B&B member to help me buy some Huon wood aftershave and soap because they don't export it to England.
